		Truncated version of a blog post in used in print also ends up on The Scotsman's website, seemingly now behind their subscription firewall, and all without the author's permission. Ouch.

		Thank heaven the RIAA is throwing funds at responding to studies like this. "Coming tomorrow: someone burns through university funds to produce paper saying 'bloody hell, have you seen how many songs are about having sex?'".

		This might state the bleedin' obvious - to communicate well you should get your actual tech guys to blog about the tech issues in terms that a tech audience can understand - but you'd be surprised how many PR and marketing departments get that wrong...
