Harry Kewell Sues Gary Lineker

You might have seen that in a court case this week Harry Kewell is suing Gary Lineker over comments Lineker wrote in a newspaper column - which Kewell claims caused him to have "suffered substantial injury to his personal and professional reputation"

It set me wondering, if, in a completely unrelated way, say a player had been purchased for a considerable sum of money by a club, and then turned out to be a shadow of their former self on the pitch, whether the fans of that club could get together some sort of class action lawsuit citing the trades description act?
