Martin Belam presentation at '1st Data Journalism Meetup Berlin'

by Martin Belam, 25 August 2010

Short notice I know, but I'm only just able to confirm that next week I'll be in Berlin, talking at the '1st Data Journalism Meetup' on September 1st.

I'll be talking about lots of data driven things that we have done at The Guardian. Some of them I've been involved with myself, and for other parts of the presentation I'll be channeling the spirit of Simon Rogers, Simon Willison and Alistair Dant amongst others.

As well as myself, speakers and panelists on the day should include Tom Scott, Jem Rayfield, Silver Oliver and Jem Rayfield (all BBC), Gerd Kamp (Deutsche Presse Agentur), Ole Wintermann (Bertelsmann Foundation), Jonathan Gray (The Open Knowledge Foundation), Christian Heise and Sascha Venohr (ZEIT Online) .

The event has been organised by Georgi Kobilarov, and is kindly being hosted at Fjord's Berlin office.

There are still spaces available - so sign up, and I'll see you there.

Keep up to date on my new blog
