Whilst I was at the Media Standards Trust and WSRI sponsored 'News Innovation' event hosted at NESTA last week, I was trying out my latest gadget, a Flip Ultra HD camera. As part of that, I filmed a few of the guests before the event got going, including Martin Moore, director of the Media Standards Trust. I was asking them about what had brought them to the event, and what they expected to get from it.

It is hard to argue that ethics and quality set the 'professional journalist' apart from the amateur blogger, if the 'professional' keeps publishing articles so wrong that they have to be deleted.
