Was American techie changes jobs really the ninth most important news story in the UK this morning?

Scoble quites makes BBC News front page

Perhaps I'm just jealous because they didn't put me on the front page when I left the BBC ;-)

From that strange thing, Technology Guardian http://technology.guardian.co.uk/weekly/story/0,,1797186,00.html

The story was then picked up by the Wall Street Journal, Reuters and the Financial Times, and was the top tech item on the BBC's website.
